Force the habit,
not the result.
Personal training in St. Louis, MO for people done with calorie apps and cardio guilt. Lose fat and inches by working on the systems underneath — sleep, hormones, lymph, inflammation — not the food log.
Get In TouchYou downloaded the app, weighed the chicken, logged the olive oil, hated the elliptical, cried on the scale Tuesday.
- Counted every gram and still ended up back where you started.
- Did the cardio you hated and got hurt or burned out by week four.
- Let a number on the scale decide whether you had a good week.
- Trusted a deficit you can't hit on a tired Wednesday.
- Worked on the food log and never on the systems underneath.
Keep it Simple. Not easy — simple.
Three levers, done repeatedly, beat a spreadsheet you abandon. I point discipline at the habit, not the food log.
Calm the system
Sleep and walking first. A wound-up nervous system does not let go of anything — including stored energy.
Move the lymph
Walk and move so waste actually drains. This is why the inches come off before the scale agrees.
Force the habit
Two to three workouts a week plus 21-day mini habit challenges. Repeatable on a Wednesday beats perfect on a Monday.
What I refuse
- Counting calories
- Tracking macros
- Chasing the scale
- Cardio you hate
- Cutting your snackies
What I focus on
- Nervous system regulation
- Hormones
- Lymphatic drainage
- Lowering inflammation
- Walk · sleep · consistency
I walked the walk. On my own.
No testimonials yet — I'd rather show you real ones than made-up ones. So here are my own sixteen-week results, done alone, with zero support.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. Be my next success story — I'll coach you the same way I coached myself.
My results are mine, attained without counting calories, macros, or cardio. Your results depend on you.

Before
Tired, puffy, inflamed, hostage to an app, scared of the scale, convinced you lack willpower.
After
Steady energy, less inflammation, sleep that works, habits you can hit on a Wednesday, a body that finally lets go.
How we work together
We talk
You tell me where you are, what you've tried, and what you actually want. No app, no quiz, just a real conversation.
We pick the habit
One 21-day mini habit at a time — the thing you can repeat on a Wednesday. Not a six-week overhaul you'll quit.
We train two to three times a week
Simple, solid sessions. No cardio you hate, no gram counting. Walk between sessions, sleep, repeat.
We run the cycle
Eight-week cycles, measured honestly. We adjust the habit, never your willpower.
The three I always get
Do I have to count calories?
No. I don't track them and I won't have you track them. We work on the habits and systems that move the body instead.
Do I have to do cardio?
No. We walk. Walking moves the lymph, calms the nervous system, and it's repeatable. Punishing cardio on a stressed system backfires.
What if I've failed before?
You were handed a lever that doesn't move the thing you want. We grab a different one. The habit is the whole game.
Ready to force the habit?
No app, no quiz, no cardio guilt. One real conversation about what you want and the habit that gets you there.
